Same-Day Delivery Policy

Flora & Decor offers same-day delivery on eligible orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays.

• Order cut-off: Orders must be placed and payment confirmed by 14:00, Monday to Friday, to qualify for same-day delivery.

• Orders after the cut-off: Orders placed or paid for after 14:00 will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

• Availability: Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability, delivery-area coverage and order confirmation.

• Delivery timing: Same-day delivery does not guarantee delivery at a specific time unless expressly agreed upon by Flora & Decor.

Where unforeseen circumstances affect delivery, we will communicate with the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

This policy operates alongside our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
