Data protection policy

Your right to privacy, as embodied in inter-alia the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), Section 14 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and other international instruments such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulations is important to us. We ensure inter-alia that your personal information is:

(a) collected for a specified, explicit, and legitimate purpose;

(b) processed ‘lawfully’ and in a ‘reasonable manner that does not infringe your privacy;

(c) not be retained for longer than is necessary for the specified purpose;

(d) not used for any other purpose than that for which it was collected; and

(e) safeguarded against loss, damage to and unlawful access to or processing.
